Installation...and Celebration!
It was over a year in the making from the original idea to the final installation of the mural on October 22nd! It was incredibly satisfying to see the colorful panels installed, transforming the large empty wall and bringing this vision to life! On Nov. 3, 2017, a celebration was held so that many who helped make this project a reality, including interviewees and painters, could see the final finished product! It was an appropriately sunny day to celebrate this bold mural that shines such a positive light on aging!
